At Doplur we also provide professional services to assist with your Procurement and/or Legal teams with contract help. We can do it all. Whether it is helping to set up Doplur to fit within your environment or giving you an extra hand with contract reviews.
We have set prices for contract reviews. Prices are set based on "size" of the agreement. If a contract takes significantly longer and requires more work than expected, we'll work with you to reasonably increase the price we charge you (never to exceed $2,500 per contract).
The intended purpose of the Doplur software is to provide efficiency, transparency and simplicity to your internal processes and procedures. Our Professional Services follow the same purpose--we will provide our services to you efficiently, transparenctly and simply!

Doplur Set Up
We can help set up Doplur for you in your environment, and train your team. If you feel you could use help setting up internal processes and procedures, we can help with that too. Our team of legal and procurement experts have created processes and procedures for startups, pre-IPO companies, and Fortune 100 companies.

Contract Reviews:
At Doplur we love contracts so much that we also provide unique contract review services. Transparent, simple pricing billed on a per contract basis. You can request us to review one contract for you and leave it at that, or send us as many as you like. Small-Medium sized contracts (e.g. NDAs, SOWs): $1,000 each
Small to medium contracts include non-disclosure agreements, statements or work, order forms etc. If you need help with reviewing counter party NDAs/SOWs/Order Form or redlines made to your form NDA/SOW/Order Form etc., we can do it all.

Large contracts (e.g. MSAs): $1,700 each
We can step in and review larger commercial agreements your company needs as well, for example a vendor's SaaS services agreement or redlines made to your own master services agreement.
